About Me

I’m Michael Colacino. I have over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, I am a managing member at Haiku Partners, a boutique advisory firm that helps clients employ technology for real estate, including the emerging blockchain ecosystem.

Over the last two years I was the President of Tri-State brokerage at Jones Lang LaSalle in New York.

Previously, I was the chief executive officer and president at SquareFoot, a web platform that connected businesses with flexible and tailored office space. For sixteen years I was president Savills Studley and Studley, where I managed one of the largest tenant representation practices in the US, and secured multiple landmark deals for clients across various sectors and markets.

There, I led the strategic vision, growth, and operations of the company, and oversaw the acquisition and integration of several competitors. I graduated from Harvard College and have a Masters in Real Estate Investment and Development from NYU, with distinction. I also have a certificate in Blockchain Strategy from the Said Business School at the University of Oxford.
